Overview:
S100A4 is a calcium-binding protein related to the S100 family of proteins. It is known also as a growth-related protein, CAPL. It is expressed at high levels in different mouse metastatic cells and in normal tissues (thymus, spleen) and activated macrophages, T cells, neutrophils, monocytes, macrophages.

The lyophilized protein is stable for at least one year from date of receipt at -70oC. Upon reconstitution, this cytokine can be stored in working aliquots at 2o - 8oC for one month, or at -20oC for six months, with a carrier protein without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.

Reconstitution Protocol:
